What's In Your Basket

02 August 2012

Say you had a chair like this in your house.  And say there was a large woven basket next to it.  What would you put in that basket?

I can't decide on just one thing.  Mine might have a combination of Southern Living magazines, some knitting, a good classic book (I'm thinking Jane Austen, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Edith Wharton, etc.), and definately a spiral notebook and some colorful pens (there is always a list that needs to be artfully written).

We are in full project mode around the casa, so until I can upload the photos to share with you, tell me what would be in your basket.

  1. I don't have that beautiful chair and ottoman, but I have a basket next to my rocking recliner. In that basket one would find a variety of yarn in colors of the plastic needlepoint project I was last working on. Also in the basket I have my drawings and sketches of designs I would like to attempt one day.

    1. That sounds like perfect basket accoutraments!
